School Choir

This week choir rehearsals will be for the choir performing in Awards Evening (not Grease rehearsals).  

KS4 - Tuesday Lunchtime

KS3 - Wednesday Lunchtime (due to ARD day)

We are going to perform 'Sing' by Gary Barlow & the Commonwealth Band so I need lots of pupils to take part. Awards evening is on Thursday 8th November and pupils will receive an EMA for taking part.

Music Notices

Hi all

Here are a few important music notices for you:


1. £12 is now due for instrumental lessons. Please can this be brought into the administration office by Wednesday at the latest.


2. Please can pupils check times and days really carefully for instrumental lessons.

 
3. Orchestra is compulsory for all pupils receiving instrumental lessons. If you cant attend I need a note from parents/carers. A register is now being taken.

 
4. Lastly Grease rehearsals for main cast will start next week. All chorus members (that is all dancers, all the main cast & all singers) need to attend choir on the correct lunchtime.

Year 11 Prom

Miss Allman is going to be working with a group of year 11 students to organise the Prom this year. To ensure that everyones opinion are heard she would like 3 people from Pryderi to attend regular meetings to help plan and organise this event.

If you are interested let your form tutor know. If there are more than three people interested then we will hold an election next week.
