Leavers assembly

The year 11 leavers assembly will take place on Friday 15th June at 12pm. The assembly will be finished by 1.00pm and you will be dismissed through the fire exit. Any students who want to access the canteen for food will need to return through reception at 1.05pm. 

Please remember you need to be in full school uniform to attend.

Personal safety

As you are all aware it is essential that you ensure that you do everything possible to guarantee your Personal Safety. You should be particularly careful when using the internet and sites such as Facebook which unscrupulous adults can use for grooming young people by posing as someone else. Also remember that if they are approached by strangers in public for reasons that you find unusual you should let someone know (In school, at home, Police etc.).

Girls football

There is a Newport schools girls football tournament on Tuesday 29th May, @ llanwern high school . transport will be provided!

Dalton Grant has set up a girls football session after school on Tuesday to form a team. 

Can  you please inform the girls in your houses about the 5x60 session and the tournament, it would be great if Newport High can put together a team.

If you are intersted please let me know today so that I can let Dalton know.
