Learning Pathways Evening - 29th February
Come along on February 29th and chat with subject teachers to find out more about the different courses available to you in the Sixth Form. There are over 40 Post 16 Level 2 and 3 courses available for you to choose from.
The Canteen - VERY IMPORTANT
As of the beginning of the new-half term (21 Feb) canteen staff will not be able to put money into a student’s account. KS4 students will need to come to me for their three digit identity number and input it together with their cash at one of the top-up machines. Return customers will not be well received by me!

Wednesday 8th February
This Wednesday sees the second curriculum enrichment day, you should be in the following areas at 8.45:
Year 9 are to go to the Science wing
Year 10 Group 4 with Mr Hoskins in English - MVE. RKH. RLL learners
Group 6 with Mrs Brown/Miss Hopkins in English - ALS and KB learners
Year 11 Group 2 in B1 area - RLL, MVE and KB learners
Group 5 music area - RKH and ALS learners
Please be where you need to be on time.

Next week
Next week there will be a joint assembly with Branwen on Monday.
On Wednesday it is our second Curriculum Breakdown day where you will spend your day in year groups doing something different. Further details to follow but year 9 get practising on the pancake tossing!!!

Inter House swimming gala
Next week there will be an inter house swimming gala for years 9, 10 and 11. This will take place after school on Wednesday 8th February.
There will be a 25 metre breastroke, backstroke and Freestyle race and a 4 by 25 metre relay. Fo this competition I need 2 year 9s for each of the 25metre races and 4 for the relay. I also need competitors from year 10 and 11 to compete in similar races although their team will be combined.
If you are interested let either your TFL or me know.
